THIS IS AN URGENT MESSAGE RE DRY GRAD RAFFLE TICKETS - April 24, 2012
To date we have only received 4 raffle ticket books and money back into the office out of 130 books of tickets that need to be sold and returned by this coming Monday, April 30th. Please make sure that your student has signed out a raffle ticket book and is actively selling them. This raffle is crucial to the success of the dry grad rafting trip. We have some wonderful prizes so they are easy to sell. If you require an extra book to sell they are available at the office. Thanks you for returning all sold and unsold tickets to the office with the money you have collected asap.
We also want to remind all students that there will be a car wash and hotdog sale this Saturday at the IGA in Murrayville between 10:30 – 2pm. We need a good turn out of people there to help wash cars, cook and sell raffle tickets. This is a good chance to help out if you have not been able to volunteer for any other fundraisers this year.

$25 2nd deposit - overdue
Bottle drive - April 21st - 9:30-3:00 pm at the school see you there!
Plant orders - April 25th - final date
Hot dog sale, car wash and raffle ticket sale - Murrayville IGA - April 28th - 10:30am - 2:00 pm
Note, we are nearing our minimum number for attending our event, and effective immediately, there will be no more cancellations/refunds accepted for the raft trip. If you have paid your first $25 deposit and do not wish to go, please let us know, but the monies will be put towards the cost of the trip, not refunded.
Raffle tickets - going fast! Get your new booklets at the office and sell, sell, sell! You can take however many booklets you want to sell. Remember to bring your sold tickets back - in full booklet form, along with the money in an envelope to the office. Selling feature - only 1300 tickets sold! That means a 1 in 434 chances to win! Great odds! (remember to sell to the teachers)
Permission slips - turn in as soon as you can. Deadline will be mid May, but the sooner the better!
Next meeting is Tuesday, May 1st 7PM. We will be doing the draws for the raffle there as well as discussing the agenda for the dry after grad event. Please ensure to attend if you have any questions, or can provide further fundraising opportunities.
